What an incredible honour and joy it was to welcome our dear friend, Chef Michi, and his inspiring team from Tokyo to MONO for the 16th Edition of our Unplugged Series.

To see Chef Michi’s soulful Japanese flavour converse so beautifully with our Chef Ricardo’s vibrant Latin American flavours in our kitchen was amazing. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single one of you who shared this special evening with us. It's your energy, your conversation, and your presence that transforms a dinner into a memory. We left feeling inspired and so grateful to have you in our community.
