Our Unplugged XVII welcomed the Amazon to Hong Kong. In a landmark culinary collaboration, Chef Ricardo hosted Chef Julien (Claudine Restaurant, Singapore) to present the historic debut of the Arapaima.

Responsibly sourced by M&C Asia with Blue You Asia via the Taste of Amazon initiative, its journey from river to plate directly supports Indigenous communities and preserves the rainforest.
