You are welcome to bring your own wine, our corkage policy is HK$ 600 each for the first two standard (750ml) wine bottles and each bottle thereafter will incur a HK$ 1,200 corkage fee.

The offer is applicable every Thursday and will not be applicable on the following blackout dates: 18 June 2026.
For tables of 4 or fewer guests, corkage for one (1) bottle is waived. For tables of 5-8 guests, corkage for two (2) bottles is waived.
This offer is only applicable to reservations made through the official website.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and offers (including JIA Group gift cards), or for any special or collaboration menus.
This offer cannot be used for events, banquets, private events or other services.
MONO reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute, the decision of MONO will be final.

We are delighted to welcome cakes and bouquets for special occasions at our restaurant. To ensure smooth arrangements, please kindly let us know in advance the name of the reservation under which they will be brought.
Should you wish to enjoy your cake during your visit, please note that there is a cake fee of HKD 38 per person.
Please also note that we unfortunately do not offer writing services on our desserts due to our plate techniques. However, we would be happy to arrange a small card. If you have any specific requests for dessert wording, kindly inform us ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.

With at least 25 hours' advance notice, the following accommodations can be made for guests: gluten free; vegetarian; minor allergies and intolerances to seafood, nuts, eggs, alcohol, and dairy. We regret to inform you that we do not cater to other major dietary restrictions such as vegan, fatal allergies (due to cross contamination), and diabetic or sugar-free.
Regardless, we request that when making your booking you list any such relevant information for you or any of your dining companions to ensure safety for all. We reserve the right to reject any and all last-minute requests. -
Our dress Code is Smart casual - Torn jeans, shorts, caps and hats, sports attire or sandals are not allowed in our restaurant. Closed toes shoes, long trousers are required for gentlemen. We kindly request that guests refrain from using flash photography

We regret to inform you that we do not offer a dedicated children’s menu or à la carte options for younger guests. Children aged 12 years and above are warmly welcome to dine with us and enjoy our regular menu.
To ensure smooth arrangements, please kindly let us know in advance if your reservation includes children.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate small children and babies, as our dining environment may not be suitable for them.
Should you arrive with children on the day of your visit, the regular menu price will still apply.

Please be aware that full payment for all items is required, and any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours are non-refundable. This policy helps offset a portion of the operational costs incurred by such instances.
Please note that changes cannot be made 48 hours within the reservation time.
Any cancellation/amendments 48 hours prior to the reservation time, a refund can be accepted. However, a 6% processing fee will be charged by the third-party payment company, Stripe. The restaurant cannot assist with this processing fee.

An advance deposit payment is required to secure your reservation. The outstanding amount will be settled at the end of your meal.
We understand that plans can change and will be delighted to assist in rescheduling your table within a 30 days period after the original booking date.
Any adjustment or cancellation made within 48-hours of the reservation time as well as in case of 'no show', any payment made will be forfeited. This policy helps offset a portion of the operational costs incurred by such instances, thank you for understanding.
Please note that your deposit is secured through a third party company, Stripe. In case of refund, Stripe will charge you 6% of your deposit as processing fee. The restaurant will not be able to support this charge on your stead.

We understand that plans can change, and we are here to assist you accordingly. If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. We would be delighted to help you reschedule your table within a 30 day period from the original booking date.

We kindly request that guests meet the minimum spend requirement when booking our private dining room. If, by the end of the meal, the minimum spend has not been reached, we offer the option for guests to purchase wines or other individual products to take away. Alternatively, if the minimum spend has not been met and no additional purchases are made, the remaining amount will be charged to the guest's bill. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
