Our Booking Policy

  • You are welcome to bring your own wine, our corkage policy is HK$ 600 for the first two standard (750ml) wine bottles and each bottle thereafter will incur a HK$ 1,200 corkage fee.

  • The cake fee is HK$ 50 per person.

    If you have any specific requests for dessert wording, please inform us in advance. We can arrange the dessert wording on a small card. Candles are also available upon request.

  • While we cannot guarantee accommodation for any dietary restrictions, major allergies, or intolerances - including but not limited to dairy free, gluten free, & vegan diets due to the nature of our cuisine - we request that when making your booking you list any such information for you or any of your dining companions.

    We reserve the right to reject any and all last-minute requests. Kindly note that, should your request be accommodated, substitutions may be made from our Vegetarian menu and/or incur an additional fee.

  • Our dress Code is Smart casual - Torn jeans, shorts, caps and hats, sports attire or sandals are not allowed in our restaurant. Closed toes shoes, long trousers are required for gentlemen. We kindly request that guests refrain from using flash photography

  • Children aged 12 years and above are welcome to dine with us and enjoy our regular menu. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate small children and babies as our environment may not be suitable for them.

  • Please be aware that full payment for all items is required, and any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours are non-refundable. This policy helps offset a portion of the operational costs incurred by such instances.

    Please note that changes cannot be made 48 hours within the reservation time.

    Any cancellation/amendments 48 hours prior to the reservation time, a refund can be accepted. However, a 6% processing fee will be charged by the third-party payment company, Stripe. The restaurant cannot assist with this processing fee.

  • We understand that plans can change and will be delighted to assist in rescheduling your table within a 60 days period after the original booking date.

    Any adjustment or cancellation made within 48-hours of the reservation time as well as in case of 'no show', any payment made will be forfeited. This policy helps offset a portion of the operational costs incurred by such instances, thank you for understanding.

    Please note that your deposit is secured through a third party company, Stripe. In case of refund, Stripe will charge you 6% of your deposit as processing fee. The restaurant will not be able to support this charge on your stead.

  • We understand that plans can change, and we are here to assist you accordingly. If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. We would be delighted to help you reschedule your table within a 60 day period from the original booking date.

    Any adjustments or cancellation made within 14-Days of the reservation date or in the case of a no-show will result in forfeiting any payment made. This policy helps offset a portion of the operational costs incurred by such instances.

    Please note that your deposit is secured through a third-party company, Stripe. In case of refund, Stripe will charge you 6% of your deposit as processing fee. The restaurant will not be able to support this charge on your stead.

    We kindly request that guests meet the minimum spend requirement when booking our private dining room. If, by the end of the meal, the minimum spend has not been reached, we offer the option for guests to purchase wines or other individual products to take away. Alternatively, if the minimum spend has not been met and no additional purchases are made, the remaining amount will be charged to the guest's bill. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
