Another chapter has been added to the story of our MONO Unplugged Series.

Looking back two weeks, our 15th edition was a lively and memorable evening, filled with two culinary cultures, passion, and connection. We were grateful to share this special occasion with our dear guests, Chef Ricardo, Chef Kevin Wong and his Seroja team from Singapore. Together at MONO, we celebrated a vibrant, tropical bounty, uniting the spirit of Hong Kong and Singapore through our creations and presentations.
