MGM COTAI presents a Stellar Guest Chef Experience with Ricardo Chaneton of Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred MONO, launching the 'Gastronomic Journey with Star Chefs' series of 2025. From Feb. 20-22, guests can savor Chef Chaneton’s renowned modern Latin American cuisine with French finesse at Aji, MGM COTAI.

On January 17-18, Louis Vuitton’s Michelin-starred restaurant, The Hall, will collaborate with Hong Kong’s Michelin one-star restaurant Mono for a special four-hands dinner in Chengdu.

Five of the city’s top Chefs will bring their A-game to the BOCHKTO’s innovative on-site gourmet restaurant, “The Culinary Room”, offering tennis enthusiasts a winning epicurean experience to ring in the new year.
