Mono's Cacao-Infused Blonde Beer, featuring the Distinctive Flavour of Cacao Nibs.

The Theobroma is the plant where the cocoa pods originate. Ricardo Chaneton, of Mono, creates his own chocolate and wanted to find creative ways to use the husk, so we fermented it with beer to create a truly unique brew.
